I've got some difficulties with exercise 4 Horvath, Jo - Kuligowski, A.Naleczow, 1986, from the your book "Felderstrategie: Taktik" I follow stricly the 10-punkt programme, but when I come to the Farb-Frage, I see that

1) b7 is weak and attacked by the Qb3

2) c7 (strategic Ziel) is attackd by the Bg3, Xray by Rc1

So I answered sf, Zf=c7or also (equivalently) wf, Zf=b7 to me, d7 is an important tactical square, but it is well protected.

Question

what is the correct thinking to conclude that I=wf and d7 is the Ziel-feld, following the 10-punkt programme ? Thanks for your explanation (in German!),

Die befragte Stellung (Horvath, Jo - Kuligowski, A. Naleczow, 1986) wird mit 10-Punkte-Programm wie folgt beschrieben.
1. Weiß:
2. d4-Strategie,
3. c5-Richtung,
4. Kontrollzone c7,
5. Felder d4,c5 kontrollieren, Felder e4,d5 Angreifen,
6. Felder b7,c7,d7 von taktischer Bedeutung;
7. weißfeldrig (Db3 gegen Bb7, Dd5 (wichtiger Stein!) ist indirekt (beachte Sb6) angegriffen;
8. Die Felder e4, d5 (sind strategisch und taktisch - werden von der Dd5 kontrolliert - wichtig!) angreifen, gehören zur Kontrollzone d7 = Zielfeld d7 (ist von taktischer und strategischer Bedeutung); 9. Zielsteine: Dd5, Td8 (kontrollieren die Felder d5,e4) werden überbewerten (!);

10. 1. Sb6 (?), 1.Te8 (!). Die Lösung 1.Te8. Idee: 2. Sb6

Fazit: Unter Berücksichtigung der Punkte 1 bis 10 aus dem 10-Punkte-Programm ergibt sich der Zug 1.Te8
